Shared common spaces. There is also a terrace perfect for breakfast. Currently, on the second floor is available ONE matrimonial room included private bathroom and large wardrobe. . The room is very quite. The rent is included cover spot parking back to the unit. Shared laundry (outside of the unit). The other room is renting to another guest which she will spend only part time at the house. The neighborhood is very quite and save. Also, the place is closer to supermarkets (Pavillon, Wholefood, the famous street Rodeo Drive, Gym (Equinox), Soulcycle, etc). I am looking to rent to a responsible, discreet and quite person....
